Uses of This Medicine
Phenazopyridine is used to relieve the pain, burning, and discomfort caused by infection or irritation of the urinary tract. It is not an antibiotic and will not cure the infection itself.
In the U.S., phenazopyridine is available only with your doctor’s prescription.

How To Use
Tablet
Your doctor will tell you how much to take and how often.
Swallow the tablets whole, do not crush or chew.
You may take the medicine with food to avoid an upset stomach.
If a dose is missed:
Take the missed dose as soon as possible.

You should not use two doses at the same time.
