    Low glycemic foods and skin care

    Many common skin problems are now considered problems of total body inflammation. Eating foods that lead to high blood sugar, also lead to more total body inflammation; and thus, worsening of many common skin problems such as acne, psoriasis, and possibly even rosacea, dandruff, and skin-aging.

    It’s a measure of how fast a food raises your blood sugar.

    Do you really understand how to judge which foods will raise your blood sugar and which won’t?

    It’s not just the sugar-cane content, or even the high fructose corn syrup content.
